Hop-on/hop-off bus: places of interest
The charming capital of the Czech Republic scores with its picturesque location on the Vltava River, architectural highlights and a rich history. There is much to discover. You can reach the following popular Prague sights with the hop-on hop-off bus of both providers:
- Prague Castle
- Charles Bridge
- Old Town Square
- Jewish quarter
- Wendelsplatz
- Petrin Hill
- National Museum
- St. Nicholas Church
- Loreto
- Dancing House
Just get off at the nearest stop, visit a place of interest and then continue your journey.
There is not a separate stop for every sight. However, Prague's Old Town is very well laid out, so you only have to plan a short walk to the next sight.
Is a Prague city tour worth it?
A hop-on hop-off tour of Prague is a popular way to explore the beauty of this historic city in a convenient and flexible way.
Thanks to the hop-on hop-off principle, you can get on and off as often as you like and decide for yourself which sights you want to spend more time on. The stops are also strategically located so that you have as short a walk as possible. Prague has a lot to offer, so you can visit as many interesting places as possible.
You don't have to get information about the city yourself from guidebooks or the internet. During the journey, informative audio commentaries in different languages provide you with interesting details and historical facts about the places you visit. This is a relaxed way to learn more about Prague's history and culture.
The hop-on hop-off buses are often very comfortable and equipped with amenities such as air-conditioned interiors and outdoor seating. This guarantees a pleasant ride, especially on hot days. The open roof terrace also offers a breathtaking view of Prague's famous landmarks and architecture.
It also saves you time and effort when looking for public transport or navigating the often complex street network of a foreign city. The well-signposted routes and fixed stops make it possible to reach the most important sights without getting lost.
All in all, the hop-on hop-off tour in Prague offers a relaxed and fun way to explore the city. The itinerary can be customised so that you can tailor your stay in Prague to suit your needs.
